These Terms govern your access to and use of InnerFluentSpot’s website, circles, mentoring, recordings, and related materials (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: 06 Oct 2025.
We provide reflective learning experiences focused on presence, emotional balance, and conscious communication. Services may include live sessions, digital resources, and community participation. Features and availability may evolve.
You must provide accurate registration details and protect your login credentials. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Charges, payment intervals, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout or in your order summary. Invoices are payable per the stated terms. We may pause access for unresolved payment issues.
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with others’ participation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. You are responsible for your conduct and compliance with applicable laws.
All materials, recordings, and formats remain our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal organizational learning during an active subscription. Public redistribution requires prior written consent.
Each party will protect the other party’s non-public information and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms, unless disclosure is required by law.
We aim for consistent operations but may perform maintenance and updates. We may modify features to improve clarity and stability. Where practical, we provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by emailing support@innerfluentspot.com. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds: Prepaid amounts are refundable on a pro-rata basis for full, unused calendar months following cancellation, excluding: (a) delivered sessions or digital materials; (b) one-time setup or custom work; (c) add-ons already provided. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where feasible.
Post-Cancellation Access: Access ends at the close of the billing period. On request, we provide available notes and downloadable materials subject to rights and third-party limitations.
Services are educational and reflective. We do not offer medical, psychological, or legal advice. Experiences vary; no guarantees or assurances of specific outcomes are made.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
